In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide 30 days of trading evidence. This can be in a demo or live account. Please email your 30 days of trading evidence to [support email].

The results must show a single account on EURAUD (no multi-pair), using the latest version and recommended settings of Hedgehog Pro.

This trading evidence must be provided within the first 60 days to qualify for a refund.

In order to access your trading statement, simply right click in your account history and click 'Save as'. Then you'll have the file that you can send to our support team.

This policy is in place to avoid software piracy, and any other illegal uses of our digital property.

Our goal first and foremost is to help you and make sure you have what you need. If we're unable to do that we'll issue a refund. By purchasing this product, you agree to these terms.

MetaTrader 4 is a free trading platform offered by hundreds of forex brokers.  By purchasing our digital software you agree that you already have or will install MetaTrader 4. While MT4 can be installed directly on your home PC (Windows, Mac), there are drawbacks to that. So, we strongly advise you secure a VPS (our recommended provider will be linked inside your GETTING STARTED instructions). It will run about $30/mo. It is effectively inexpensive "insurance" to ensure the bot is running uninterrupted 24/5.
